Atlas Ocean Voyages is seeking a highly motivated locally based GUEST CONCIERGE GLOBAL RESERVATIONS professional to join our team. As a Guest Concierge Global Reservations you will serve as a key liaison between our discerning guests travel advisors and the Atlas brand. You will ensure that every interaction reflects our core values: discovery authenticity and elevated service. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class service to our guests and travel advisor partners via phone and email providing support for existing bookings modifications and detailed itinerary inquiries.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all Atlas itineraries onboard experiences and pre-/post-voyage offerings.
- Address complex inquiries escalations or requests with professionalism empathy and urgency.
- Assist with financial transactions including payments refunds booking adjustments and promotions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Guest Services and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in proactive outbound communication for special campaigns pre-departure assistance or guest retention efforts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies procedures and promotions and effectively communicate them to clients and partners.
- Actively contributes to team goals performance metrics and continuous improvement efforts.
- Safeguards guest privacy and handle all sensitive information in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- This position is on-site based in our corporate office in Fort Lauderdale Florida.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury travel cruise or hospitality guest services/reservations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook); experience with CRM and reservations platforms a plus.
- Passion for travel global cultures and delivering elevated customer service.
- A proactive solution-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexible working shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
