Job Summary
Embark on a dynamic role as a Farm Host (Guest Service Agent) where your passion for hospitality and impeccable customer service will shine. As the welcoming face of our establishment you will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay providing personalized assistance and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare guest documentation including itineraries welcome letters and waivers to facilitate smooth check-in/out processes
- Answer and direct phone calls according to company protocols
- Document guest preferences in the Opera system and communicate them to relevant departments
- Guide guests around the property and arrange on-site transportation when needed
- Address guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Process billing accurately following Front Desk procedures
- Document irregularities in the departmental logbook and alert management as appropriate
- Serve as a property ambassador by providing information about reservations amenities local attractions spa services and dining options
- Maintain an organized Front Desk area with all necessary materials readily available
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Wildflower Farms facilities to effectively promote services to guests
- Build collaborative relationships within the Front Office and understand the operations of all hotel departments
Rate: $20/hr
Qualifications :
- Minimum one year of experience in a hotel resort or private club environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance with strong teamwork abilities in fast-paced settings
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to interact patiently and diplomatically with guests
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure during busy periods
