Intern – Project Management, Data & Strategy (6-Month Internship)

Purpose of the Role

Support Fusions internal development in Project & Program Management PMO methodology Data/AI topics and strategy work. The role is non-client-facing and focused on internal frameworks reporting and capability building.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal PMO/Project Management activities (reporting dashboards process documentation).

• Co-develop and maintain internal toolkits playbooks and knowledge materials.

• Research & analyze strategic topics (AI Data PM/PMO transformation) and prepare management summaries.

• Collaborate with mentors/practice leads on internal improvement initiatives and presentations.

• Participate in team meetings/workshops; prepare a final presentation of results & recommendations.

Key Learning Areas

• PMO frameworks & lifecycle methodologies (Agile Hybrid PMaaS).

• Integration of Data/AI in project & portfolio management.

• Internal governance steering & reporting structures.

• Strategic & operational enablement in a consulting context.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors/Masters student (Business IT Engineering or related).

• Strong analytical organizational & communication skills.

• Good MS Office skills; Power BI (or similar) a plus.

• Proactive curious structured; excellent English (German beneficial).
