Job Description
Purpose of the Role
Support Fusions internal development in Project & Program Management PMO methodology Data/AI topics and strategy work. The role is non-client-facing and focused on internal frameworks reporting and capability building.
Key Responsibilities
Support internal PMO/Project Management activities (reporting dashboards process documentation).
Co-develop and maintain internal toolkits playbooks and knowledge materials.
Research & analyze strategic topics (AI Data PM/PMO transformation) and prepare management summaries.
Collaborate with mentors/practice leads on internal improvement initiatives and presentations.
Participate in team meetings/workshops; prepare a final presentation of results & recommendations.
Key Learning Areas
PMO frameworks & lifecycle methodologies (Agile Hybrid PMaaS).
Integration of Data/AI in project & portfolio management.
Internal governance steering & reporting structures.
Strategic & operational enablement in a consulting context.
Qualifications :
Bachelors/Masters student (Business IT Engineering or related).
Strong analytical organizational & communication skills.
Good MS Office skills; Power BI (or similar) a plus.
Proactive curious structured; excellent English (German beneficial).
