As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible providing administrative and service support to the sales team by responding to new business leads and calling existing clients for repeat business in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be required to enter bookings on the system and follow up in an effort to convert inquiries to confirm business and attend to the delivery of clients requests. We will ensure that you are equipped with a good knowledge of the hotels facilities and services so that you are confident to interact and negotiate with the guests.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field with experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including negotiation abilities
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
