Job Description

Youll design build and optimise personalised campaigns that connect with customers at every stage of their journey:

  • Build lifecycle journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Create email & SMS campaigns that drive engagement
  • Apply data-driven insights and A/B testing to optimise performance
  • Collaborate with Brand Content Product & Distribution teams
  • Use AI tools to accelerate builds and troubleshoot efficiently
  • Maintain campaign documentation & metrics reporting

Qualifications :

What you bring:

  • 3 years in CRM lifecycle marketing or marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio AMPScript)
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills for responsive email templates
  • Experience in enterprise-scale campaigns
  • Collaborative detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with Jira Confluence and optionally Photoshop/Illustrator
