- Build lifecycle journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Create email & SMS campaigns that drive engagement
- Apply data-driven insights and A/B testing to optimise performance
- Collaborate with Brand Content Product & Distribution teams
- Use AI tools to accelerate builds and troubleshoot efficiently
- Maintain campaign documentation & metrics reporting
Qualifications :
What you bring:
- 3 years in CRM lifecycle marketing or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio AMPScript)
- Strong HTML/CSS skills for responsive email templates
- Experience in enterprise-scale campaigns
- Collaborative detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with Jira Confluence and optionally Photoshop/Illustrator
