Weare seeking aResourcing Specialistto join our vibrant Burswood team working within the Industrial sector. This is your chance to grow your recruitment career alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced high-energy environment.

In this roleyoullfocus on building strong relationships with clients and candidates ensuring the right people are matched to the right essential skills in candidate sourcing phone-based engagement and placement management-all while working in a supportive team-oriented environment that rewards initiative and results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source screen and interviewblue-collarcandidates toidentifytalent for various roles.

  • Confidently present and promote candidates to clients articulating strengths across diverse industry sector.

  • Manage highvolumerecruitmentwitha strong senseof urgency to meet client demands targetsand KPIs.

  • Deliver a high-touch responsive service to both clients and candidates building trust throughtimelycommunication and follow-through.

  • Maintainan accurate well-structured candidate database ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.

  • Take ownership of workload and priorities while collaborating effectively with the team to drive collective results.


Skills and experience

In order tothrive in this position the following attributes are highly valued:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage compliance licences and documentation accurately.

  • Confident friendly phone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence candidates and clients.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

  • A proactive positive attitude and the drive to motivate both yourself and others.

  • Experience in customer service sales administration call centre retail hospitality or similar fast-paced roles is highly regarded; exposure to labour hire or recruitment isadvantageousbut not essential.
