We are looking for a Growth Manager with a strong command of AI experimentation and data analysis to lead and accelerate our growth strategy through intelligent tech-enabled approaches.

Key Responsibilities
Plan run and optimize growth experiments across the full funnel (acquisition activation retention monetization) of the Product such as improving onboarding launching engagement programs (e.g. referral or reward campaigns) testing new pricing models or conversion nudges
Design and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta LinkedIn and other digital channels
Manage and optimize CRM flows segmentation lifecycle marketing and retention programs
Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Jasper Midjourney) to generate and test ad creatives landing pages and content variants
Collaborate with Sales to share campaign results funnel analytics and behavioral insights that support lead qualification and deal conversion
Work closely with the Product team to define and monitor product metrics such as DAU/WAU/MAU activation rate free-to-paid conversion churn and retention cohorts especially where product and acquisition journeys overlap (e.g. web lead flows)
Skills Were Looking For:
1. Analytics & Data Management
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Intermediate use of dashboarding tools (Looker Studio Tableau)
Familiarity with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel Amplitude)
2. CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
CRM segmentation and automation (HubSpot Salesforce...)
Behavioral flows (onboarding upsell reactivation)
Predictive lead scoring and churn prevention
3. AI & Automation
Prompt engineering for content ads and internal automation
Generative AI tools (ChatGPT Jasper Midjourney Pika etc.)
No-code tools and workflow builders (Zapier Make Airtable integrations)
4. Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Operational management of Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads
Campaign setup optimization and reporting
Understanding of key paid KPIs (CPA ROAS CTR conversion rate)
