Job Description
Plan develop and implement marketing communication campaigns (online & offline) to support promotions seasons events F&B outlets etc.
Manage hotels digital presence: social media website content OTAs email newsletters.
Create high-quality content: copywriting visuals videos infographics in line with brand standards.
Coordinate photo/video shoots promotional materials signage collateral.
Liaise with external partners: media influencers advertising / creative agencies.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends; propose new marketing ideas / innovations.
Track and report metrics / KPIs (social media engagement campaign ROI website traffic etc.).
Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all materials.
Support internal communications and promotion of hotel activities (events guest feedback staff communications).
Assist in budget management for marketing communications initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year experience in Similar Position
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Comfortable with digital marketing tools: social media platforms content management systems
- (CMS) email marketing tools analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Basic design / photo/video editing skills (e.g. Canva Adobe Suite) are an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects meet deadlines detail-oriented.
