Trade and Field Marketing Manager (Fixed-Term)

As the Trade & Field Marketing Manager in the area of Marketing you will:

Business Process Improvement

  • Review and improve the current business process to align with companysstrategic direction
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to explore business process improvement or integration with relevant systems/platforms
  • Compose the approved business process for new policy development

Trade & Field Marketing Activities

  • Develop offline or online engagement activities for our customers to sustain/increase JTI product availability outstanding visibility and product trial
  • Develop a field brief and organize a briefing session as a guideline for the field team on trade and merchandising implementation
  • Engage with related internal and external parties to ensure alignment and implementation to achieve business objectives
  • Actively propose alternatives/innovative/creative approachesbased on market practices or relevant industries

Data Analysis

  • Review & interpret data trends or customer behaviour and compare data results among the regionsto gather the insights
  • Provide an actionable plan based on the analysis to achieve the KPI of projects or further improvements
  • Engage with internal or external teams regarding data interpretation & analysis to achieve better field implementation

Team Development & Management

  • Have regular conversations with associates to foster an open & honest environment
  • Conduct regular checkpointsto review progress and discuss further solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and or channel management area
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Sales/Trade/Digital marketing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Collaboration SKills
