Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading Indonesian brand established in 2015 specializing in bags luggage traveling apparel and gears. The company employs data-driven strategies and innovative design to meet customer needs. With a strong foothold in the Indonesian e-commerce market and a growing presence in physical stores across major cities it aims to expand its reach from a local to a global brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels including Meta Google Ads Shopee Tokopedia TikTok Lazada and Webstore.
- Lead optimize and scale campaigns to drive customer acquisition conversion and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend and overall marketing ROI).
- Own and manage media budgets with a focus on efficiency growth and alignment with revenue goals.
- Reports to Head of Brand & Market Strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with brand creative e-commerce sales and product teams to align messaging landing pages and user journeys.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics identify insights and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends emerging platforms and competitor activities.
- Manage and develop a high-performing performance marketing team.
- Assess select manage and evaluate digital marketing agencies.
- Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives audiences placements and bidding strategies.
- Manage senior stakeholders in the top management level in form of growth hacking initiatives and performance review
Job Requirements
- Preferably bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications Engineering Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in performance/digital marketing preferably in e-commerce fashion or retail-industry particularly in the travel-gear segment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record to manage monthly digital marketing budget Rp 1 billion.
- Proven in developing marketing talents in the previous organization.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize campaigns across digital channels.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets with clear ROAS and ROI results (experience on hitting ROAS >15 is highly desirable)
- Highly-skilled in managing digital ads like Meta Google Ads Shopee Tokopedia TikTok Lazada and Webstore.
- Have a deep understanding of top-mid-bottom funnel characteristics.
- Have experience in growth hacking digital marketing channels with proven data / working evidence.
- Experience in managing P&L unit not only sales/revenue but profitability as well.
- Have wide networking access to digital marketing partners.
- Strong analytical skills with a command of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of digital consumer behavior and fashion retail dynamics.
- A results-driven mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiar with Lean Start Up approach; build measure learn & scale.
- Skilled in setting up new ways of working and systems in the previous organizations
