Now Octavia has become part of the Abri Group were undergoing an exciting period of change that will enable us to grow do more and ensure those in Octavia homes receive the services they deserve while continuing to honour and build on Octavia Hills legacy as the founder of the social housing movement.
We are delighted to be recruiting for a new Neighbourhood Caretaker to look after some of our properties based in London. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the properties and surrounding areas receive a clean tidy service and all our grounds are kept safe secure and in good condition.
Duties will include regular sweeping of external areas ensuring they are free from obstructions litter and leaves. Removing litter from communal gardens and sweeping washing and disinfecting refuse areas.
To succeed in this role you will need excellent Customer Service skills and strong communication skills.
