The school needs a responsible professional who prioritizes the safety of younger pupils handling daily maintenance tasks and ensuring the campus is clean welcoming and fully functional.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Access Anchor: Performing key holder duties managing alarm systems and securely locking up and opening the premises.
- Maintenance Mechanic:
- Performing routine minor repairs and DIY tasks (e.g. hanging displays minor decorating basic upkeep).
- Liaising with external contractors for larger maintenance and repair work.
- Safety Sentinel: Conducting daily checks to ensure play areas internal spaces and equipment meet rigorous health and safety standards specific to the primary environment.
