Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Access Anchor: Key holder duties managing alarm systems and securely locking up and opening the premises for internal and external hires.
- Maintenance Mechanic: Performing routine minor repairs (DIY basic upkeep painting) and coordinating larger maintenance needs with the Site Management team.
- Safety Sentinel: Conducting daily checks to ensure pathways and internal spaces meet rigorous health and safety standards.
