Position Summary
This role is responsible for leading brand strategy management and engagement for assigned retail brands in Hong Kong and Macau. The successful candidate will shape and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the broader Retail Sector strategy. Working cross-functionally with Strategy Sales and Platform teams the role will drive product lifecycle management revenue forecasting and operational planning to meet profitability and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement brand positioning and engagement strategies for assigned brands ensuring alignment with overall Retail Sector objectives across therapeutic areas
- Develop and manage retail marketing campaigns and calendars to drive brand awareness and business growth
- Oversee full-cycle execution of marketing initiatives from concept to delivery
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key metrics and analytics
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure effective rollout and impact of marketing strategies
- Manage brand P&L to meet corporate financial goals
- Ensure all advertising and promotional activities comply with relevant regulatory standards
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree required; postgraduate qualifications preferred
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in FMCG; prior exposure to health supplements is a strong advantage
Technical & Professional Skills
- Proven expertise in strategic and operational marketing planning
- Strong background in brand equity development brand refresh initiatives and creative campaign execution
- Ability to define and track performance metrics across programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and negotiation
- Strong prioritization capabilities especially in multi-brand and resource-constrained environments
- Experience in vendor and agency management
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
