This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining in-person collaboration for greater impact.
This role gives you the chance to work in a dynamic international environment contributing directly to B2B sales growth in German-speaking markets. You will be part of a high-performance team applying your expertise to develop client relationships generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
As a German-Speaking Sales Specialist you will:
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to deal closing and account management.
Identify and engage prospects in German-speaking markets through research targeted outreach and networking.
Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions to client requirements.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
Work closely with marketing operations and account management teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Track pipeline performance and provide regular updates to ensure business objectives are met.
Stay informed about industry trends competitors and changes in the German-speaking business landscape.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in B2B sales.
Fluent German (C1) exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
Strong English skills (B2 level minimum).
Experience in cold calling lead qualification and closing deals.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivation adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
