As a Dutch-Speaking Sales Specialist you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue and building strong client partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
Full-cycle B2B sales from lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships.
Market research and targeted outreach to identify potential business opportunities within the Dutch market.
Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Negotiating and closing deals ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborating closely with internal teams including marketing operations and account management to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Maintaining accurate sales records and tracking KPIs to ensure objectives are achieved.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends competitors and market changes to leverage opportunities.
We want someone who is not only a skilled salesperson but also a proactive and solution-oriented professional. You should have:
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in B2B sales preferably in a remote or international environment.
Fluent Dutch (C1) excellent written and spoken communication.
Strong English skills (B2 level minimum).
Experience in prospecting cold calling lead qualification and relationship management.
Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High motivation resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
