Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent German (C1) excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- English is not required for this position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude reliability and ability to work independently.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work remotely within Portugal.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
