Position Overview: As a Remote German-Speaking Customer Advisor youll be the voice of our brand providing support and assistance to our German-speaking customers across various ecommerce platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email chat or phone addressing concerns and providing solutions with empathy and professionalism.
- Order Management: Assist customers with order placement tracking and returns ensuring a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings including features specifications and pricing to effectively assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
