Were seeking a Fullstack Engineer ready to help shape the future of AI-powered healthcare for adults aged 65.

This is an on-site full-time position based in Dallas TX offering the chance to join a high-growth startup at its inception.

Youll work directly with a proven founding team to design and build cutting-edge AI infrastructure that redefines care delivery.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Develop and optimize AI pipelines including RAG architectures LLMs and multimodal AI systems (text image audio video).

• Design robust workflows to extract structure and transform healthcare data into standardized formats using PostgreSQL and BigQuery.

• Build conversational and task-oriented agents that integrate with enterprise and clinical systems.

• Develop scalable APIs and backend infrastructure to deliver AI capabilities across the platform.

• Rapidly prototype test and iterate on AI-powered features to improve accuracy speed and performance.

• Collaborate with product managers data scientists and clinical teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

• Set engineering standards champion best practices and help build a world-class AI engineering team.

What Youll Need:

• 26 years of professional software engineering experience (startup or fast-paced environment preferred).

• Strong backend development skills with Python and .

• Experience designing and managing data pipelines for large or sensitive datasets.

• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch TensorFlow or JAX.

• Familiarity with RAG architectures data vector embeddings or agentic frameworks.

• Experience deploying AI infrastructure on AWS or similar cloud environments.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

• Ability to work in person in Dallas TX (relocation support available).
