Role Overview
The Go-To-Market Engineer (GTME) sits at the core of ATQLeads growth engine. This role blends technical engineering revenue-centric execution and strategic thinking. You will architect systems that accelerate pipeline enrich data automate workflows and make our clients go-to-market operations run intelligently end-to-end.
Think of this as the technical brain behind modern GTM.
Youll work side-by-side with founders sales marketing and revops teams to:
Turn high-level goals into scalable systems
Build automations and AI-powered workflows
Connect tools into a cohesive modern GTM stack
Identify bottlenecks and design solutions that unlock revenue
The ideal candidate is equal parts technical curious commercially savvy and creatively strategic.
What Youll Do
Technical and System Building
Build and maintain technical systems that power pipeline generation opportunity management enrichment attribution and post-sale flows
Design automations scripts and event-based workflows across tools like Clay Make n8n HubSpot Zoho and internal APIs
Build AI-native tools and workflows that recommend next-best actions trigger follow-ups and enhance deal velocity
Own integrations across the entire GTM stack including CRM data enrichment outbound tools customer success platforms analytics and AI models
Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies and ship solutions quickly moving from prototype to iteration to production
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal GTM teams (sales marketing growth ops onboarding) to translate business problems into clean technical systems
Prioritize projects by business impact not just technical difficulty
Act as the connective tissue between commercial and technical teams
Strategic and Creative Work
Analyze the GTM funnel to diagnose bottlenecks early and propose solutions
After onboarding generate original ideasnot just execute incoming requests
Create new systems experiments and automations that scale our clients revenue performance
Youll Thrive Here If You
Have Technical Competency and Curiosity
You dont need to be full-stack but you should be very comfortable with:
Python JavaScript or SQL
APIs webhooks and structured data
Low-code automation tools such as Make n8n Clay Zapier or Retool
Debugging iterating quickly and using AI as a technical co-pilot
Beyond technical knowledge you have strong technical curiosity. You enjoy learning new tools tinkering experimenting and figuring out how things work.

Requirements
25 years of experience in growth engineering revops sales engineering automation engineering or similar GTM-technology hybrid roles
Strong proficiency in Python JavaScript SQL or equivalent scripting languages
Experience building automations integrations or internal tools
Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot Zoho or Salesforce as well as enrichment tools and outbound platforms
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to move quickly prioritize effectively and operate with ownership

Experience building LLM-powered workflows or using APIs such as OpenAI
Startup or agency experience
