The AI Automation Engineer builds the AI agents automations and intelligent systems that power our clients next-generation business workflows. You will design architect and implement LLM-powered solutions that run autonomously or semi-autonomously inside CRM platforms outbound systems operational tools and internal processes.
This role blends engineering problem-solving AI application development and business understanding. You will work closely with our go-to-market operations and product teams to turn business objectives into scalable AI-driven workflows and tools.
You are the technical architect who brings AI from concept to production.
- Have Strong Technical Foundations
Proficient in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript
Comfortable with APIs webhooks JSON and structured data
Able to use automation tools such as Make n8n Zapier Retool
Experienced in building data workflows and integrations
- Are Skilled in AI Application Development
Able to build LLM-powered automations and workflows
Understand prompt engineering RAG vector databases and agent frameworks
Experienced with OpenAI Anthropic or similar model providers
Capable of evaluating and monitoring agent performance
- Think in Systems and Understand Business Workflows
Comfortable mapping processes and identifying automation opportunities
Able to embed AI in CRM outbound customer success and operational workflows
Think critically about accuracy reliability edge cases and long-term scalability
- Communicate Clearly and Collaborate Across Teams
Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working directly with sales marketing and operations teams
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills

Required Skills:
Requirements 25 years of experience in growth engineering revops sales engineering automation engineering or similar GTM-technology hybrid roles Strong proficiency in Python JavaScript SQL or equivalent scripting languages Experience building automations integrations or internal tools Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot Zoho or Salesforce as well as enrichment tools and outbound platforms Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to move quickly prioritize effectively and operate with ownership Bonus Experience building LLM-powered workflows or using APIs such as OpenAI Startup or agency experience Experience with growth tools such as Clay Apollo Clearbit Make or n8n
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems Data Science or a related practical experience in automation engineering AI development or technical system building will also be considered.
