Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cold Caller and Closer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive resilient and confident in initiating conversations with potential clients. The primary focus is cold outreach generating qualified leads and converting these interactions into opportunities for the business.

This position offers competitive earning potential through per-lead commissions and company bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients daily.
Clearly and professionally introduce Be Seens online marketing services.
Qualify leads based on company criteria and convert them into booked appointments or warm opportunities.
Maintain detailed call logs notes and records within the CRM.
Follow approved scripts outreach processes and company guidelines.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead targets.
Provide insights on call trends objections and process improvements.
Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in cold calling telesales or lead generation.
Experienced closer with a strong track record of converting leads.
Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
Ability to overcome objections professionally and confidently.
Results-driven mindset with comfort working toward KPIs.
Reliable consistent and able to work 40 hours per week.
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.
