JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Market Insights Analys is to support our Compliance team in ensuring that all gaming activities of the online gaming licenses are conducted in compliance to the rules and regulations of the gaming regulatory body. This role involves monitoring operations of licensees maintaining records and assisting with compliance audits and investigations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor gaming operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities licenses and regulatory submissions.
- Compliance Audits: Assist in internal and external compliance audits ensuring proper documentation and adherence to audit standards.
- Incident Reporting: Prepare detailed reports of any regulatory violations or compliance-related incidents and coordinate with the compliance team for resolution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including legal and operations to address compliance concerns and provide support during inspections and audits.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends patterns or areas for improvement in compliance and risk management. Prepare data for operations reports and dashboard.
- Any other task deemed necessary by Management
JOB COMPETENCIES / SPECIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least average proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Sharepoint). Knowing Excel formulas is a plus.
- Outstanding attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.
- Average verbal and written English skills.
- Willing to extend work hours when needed.
