Key Responsibilities
Data Collection Analysis Gathering and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends patterns and insights related to performance.
Performance Measurement Developing and implementing performance frameworks defining KPIs and establishing benchmarks to measure progress against organizational goals.
Reporting Visualization Creating clear concise reports presentations and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Process Optimization Identifying areas for improvement in business processes strategies and systems to enhance efficiency reduce costs and increase productivity.
Strategic Recommendations Providing actionable insights and recommending strategies to management for optimizing resources and achieving key business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration Working closely with different departments such as operations and finance to understand their analytical needs and align performance initiatives with organizational goals.
A performance analyst evaluates an organizations processes products or services by collecting and analysing data to identify inefficiencies measure outcomes and recommend strategies for improvement often using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards to drive strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives. They translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations playing a crucial role in enhancing efficiency productivity and profitability.
Required Skills:
Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions including customization and integration. Guidewire certification is a technologies of interest: Guidewire Cloud Salesforce CRM legacy modernization and AWS. Proven knowledge & architecture experience in architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services APIs) application integration service-oriented architecture event-driven architecture application architecture distributed architecture data architecture and experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Can understand the long-term (big picture) and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms languages protocols frameworks open source etc.).Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space. Open and clear connect with the business telecom infrastructure security audit vendors and software engineering. Driven by challenges and proactive and a motivation for on security standard methodologies and understand the impacts it can have on a working in a constantly evolving technological excellent teammate who demonstrates leadership. Comfortable speaking with all levels of the organization and different audiences.
