We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled SAP process Analyst to join our team. The candidate will act as a key liaison between Procurement business stakeholders and the IT development team ensuring business requirements are clearly understood thoroughly
documented and effectively translated into functional requirement.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate alignment between Procurement stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of business requirements and priorities.
- Conduct impact and gap analyses estimate effort for new initiatives and provide insights to support work intake and prioritization.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related technical issues within Procurement processes.
- Coordinate with Procurement Business to align test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
- Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical data-driven solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Maintain and update Agile artifacts such as product backlogs sprint boards and documentation
Primary SkillSets
- Proven experience in procurement with a strong understanding of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process.
- Foundational knowledge of data integration between SAP and other procurement-related tools and applications.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage diverse teams and drive consensus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to applying new knowledge in real-world scenarios.
- Collaborative team player with experience in global cross-functional environments.
