Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled SAP process Analyst to join our team. The candidate will act as a key liaison between Procurement business stakeholders and the IT development team ensuring business requirements are clearly understood thoroughly

documented and effectively translated into functional requirement.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Facilitate alignment between Procurement stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of business requirements and priorities.
Conduct impact and gap analyses estimate effort for new initiatives and provide insights to support work intake and prioritization.
Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related technical issues within Procurement processes.
Coordinate with Procurement Business to align test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical data-driven solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Maintain and update Agile artifacts such as product backlogs sprint boards and documentation

Primary SkillSets

Proven experience in procurement with a strong understanding of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process.
Foundational knowledge of data integration between SAP and other procurement-related tools and applications.
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage diverse teams and drive consensus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to applying new knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Collaborative team player with experience in global cross-functional environments.
