As a Vice President Operations Manager II in Home Lending Consumer Fulfillment Originations you will lead and manage a team of over 50 employees ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with policies. You will oversee team performance conduct audits and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and quality. Your role will involve mentoring team members managing human resources actions and participating in special projects to drive operational excellence.
