A Human Resource Manager serves as a human resource professional with expertise in multiple related areas.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned clients providing consultative support and strategic HR guidance to on and off site.
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to a client companys leadership.
- Manage employee relations issues investigations and conflict resolution across client organizations.
- Onboarding of new employees at client locations including payroll timekeeping and benefits.
- Assist with new hire and open enrollment processes and coordinate the administration of employee benefits and compensation plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams (payroll benefits legal) to deliver seamless HR services.
- Provide guidance and serve as a resource to clients in employee performance management.
- Support clients with workforce planning talent acquisition strategies and organizational development.
- Maintain contact with client managers and team members to help implement and evaluate goals recommend new approaches to policies and procedures to affect continual improvement
- Participate in marketing and networking events
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3-5 years Human Resource experience preferred ideally within a multi-client environment.
- Bachelors degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or related field required HR certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law HR best practices and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships with professionalism and efficiency.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Must possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Have a strong sense of customer service
- Solid computer skills
