The position is part of the planning & scheduling department. Master production scheduling (MPS) contemplates the mid and long term planning (18 month long) of Getafe Plant MCAs and CAs. Mains Constituent Assembly parts (MCA) and Constituent Assembly parts (AC) to schedule are: A320 HTP A330 HTP. A350 HTP and A350 S19
The MPS job is based on two principal aspects: MPS process and tool update. The MPS process activity has the focus on animate the routine to validate finite capacity planning (Strong link to HO production). Tool update is focused on planning IT tools (APC Jaguar and SAP). Assembly production line planning knowledge is needed to design calculate and implement different scenarios to be presented to validation.
Assessment and validation of programme update (cascading for assembly) is part of the Job. Following simulation through MPS routines management scenario study for MCA & Elementary Parts if there are programme updates. Monthly cycle of the MPS is key in this position enabling efficient decision making on resources level of buffers priorities etc.
Main Tasks and Skills:
-Evaluate the programs andproductionrequirements including recovery plans.
- Define associatedproductionscenarios based onplantcalendar and all resources availability.
- Propose the best solution to meet the programs/plants requirements using theproductionscenario achieved.
- Prepare and participate or lead theMasterProductionmeetings involving all the
stakeholders.
- Build update and analyze KPIs measuringproductionplan execution and deliveries define the improvement plan and associated actions.
- Officializeproductionscenario and communicate the plan to all stakeholders
- Make theplanningrespected (accountable).
- Maintainplanningparametersin theplanning&schedulingtools. - Update SAP.
- Advaced Knowledge of APC Jaguar Tool
- Advaced Knowledge of APC -ARP system interface
- More than 1 year experience on assembly lines planning management
