You will be the essential bridge that ensures our characters and worlds come to life smoothly supporting artists and making sure the production pipeline runs like clockwork.

Responsibilities:

Pipeline Support: Assist in the daily organization of the animation department ensuring artists have the assets they need.
Tracking & Scheduling: Update production tracking software (like ShotGrid/Ftrack) and monitor task progress to meet deadlines (bids).
Technical Assistance: Handle basic Maya tasks such as checking shot technical requirements camera settings and ensuring proper exports.
Communication Bridge: Facilitate the flow of information between Directors Supervisors and Artists.
Quality Control: Assist in preparing review sessions and ensuring that feedback is properly documented and understood by the team.

Requirements:

Software Skills: Familiarity with Maya (navigation basic technical checks and camera adjustments) is essential.
Organization: A methodical approach to managing files schedules and priorities.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify bottlenecks in production and propose solutions.
Language: Intermediate to Advanced English (both written and spoken).
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the animation production pipeline and cinematic language.
Proactivity: Able to perform tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
