The Role

Were seeking an experienced Senior Asset Planner Master Planning to develop and drive longterm building and infrastructure master plans that underpin Australias aviation network. Youll play a critical role in ensuring our diverse asset base continues to support safe efficient and sustainable operations.

Reporting to the Built Environment Asset Planning Team Leader youll balance strategic planning technical insights sustainability considerations and stakeholder collaboration to deliver highvalue outcomes.

What Youll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of longterm building master plans aligned with organisational strategy and future growth needs.
• Assess the condition and performance of infrastructure to identify optimisation repurposing and integration opportunities.
• Embed sustainability resilience and riskmanagement principles into all planning processes.
• Produce highquality documentation including technical reports business cases and concept designs.
• Monitor emerging technologies regulatory requirements and best practice trends to enhance planning outcomes.
• Progress master plans into Asset Class Management Plans (ACMPs) and support investment submissions.
• Collaborate with asset owners service advisors facility managers and project teams to align plans with operational needs.
• Provide subjectmatter expertise mentoring and peer review across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance safety environmental and regulatory frameworks.

Senior Asset Planner - Master Planning

The Person

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering Architecture Urban Planning Construction Management or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in building master planning infrastructure strategy or largescale facilities planning within a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of building and infrastructure systems asset lifecycle management and TCO modelling.
• Highly developed analytical problemsolving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience applying Australian standards building codes and planning regulations.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information effectively through written reports and presentations.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost risk and performance.
• Experience leading projects or workgroups within technical or asset management environments.
