What will you do

• Supervise daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurant bar banquets and room service.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  
• Maintain and enforce high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
  
• Lead train and motivate F&B team members to achieve performance excellence.
  
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development pricing and seasonal offerings.
  
• Monitor budgets forecasts and P&L statements to ensure financial targets are met.
  
• Manage supplier relationships negotiate contracts and control inventory levels.
  
• Ensure compliance with health safety and food hygiene regulations.
  
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and effectively.
  
• Coordinate with other departments (Front Office Housekeeping Events etc.) for smooth operations.

What do we look for

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a managerial F&B role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
