Job Summary
1. Deliver operational staff work planning and output.
2. Analyse interpret and implement local and HQ-ITG training direction and policy which is to include risk management procedures.
3. Ensure the instructor qualification matrix is maintained and the Unit complies with the compendium of mandated course trained personnel.
4. Advise/support the CO/2IC on all trg assurance policy in line with DSAT and ITG guidelines.
5. Lead for the TQM and role associated SOIs assists with the 1 LoDA process. Supports the HQ on other LoDA visits.
6. Plan and deliver Unit ITR pgm and CPD training. Unit lead for CoE/ODR records/FOE and Churchill.
7. Responsible for line management administration and career advice of team members.
8. Responsible for the health safety welfare and discipline for team members.
9. Analyse and interpret the direction of senior leadership.
10. Deliver creative solutions by applying innovative thought process.
11. Identify and demonstrate personal and professional development opportunities for self and others.
