Job Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare plan and deliver DTTT Ph 3 Trg in ATUs AOR.

2. Train manage and administrate a Syndicate of up to 10 military students.

3. Deliver training as dictated by the course programme in accordance with DCTS ARITC and LWC policy.

4. Champion and role model the Army Values and Standards.

5. Supervise and report on student performance then coach/mentor students to improve as trainers and leaders.

6. Deliver in barracks/business process ensuring maintenance of standards and efficiency.

7. BPT deliver additional training courses to Ph 1 recruits and trained soldiers as directed by CO ATU.
