Accountabilities
- Securing SME acquisition and topline performance to achieve company target
- Following and ensuring quality and scalable approach and improving performance
- Proposing action plans in the form of detailed reporting key ratios organizational methods to improve sales performance
- Hiring the best internal (e.g. digital marketing specialist) and external (e.g. digital marketing agencies call centers) talents/resources
- Ensuring Marketing and Sales team work closely to align strategy (Meetings perfect end to end process knowledge)
- Managing and developing talents (training coaching and skills development) while fostering a high-performance culture geared towards achieving rapid new sales targets and swift client satisfaction.
Digital Marketing responsibilities.
Develop/ implement demand growth strategies with support of Digital Marketing specialist(s)Coordinate campaigns management with Telesales Team Lead and websales.
1. Performance Marketing
- Manage optimize and forecast digital campaign performance
- Optimize Conversion rate & digital touchpoints in digital lead sources (SEA and SEO)
- Define KPI and Manage budgets for marketing campaigns
- Constantly optimize Cost per Lead (CPL) Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Lifetime Value (LTV) and Payback
2. Acquisition/Inboud &Outbound Lead Operations
- Campaign management
- Cold Calling management
- Mapping prospect data base
- Identify and monitor the campaign KPIs and performance
- Marketing Automation CRM integration and data base improvement
3. Client Loyalty & Retention
- Optimize end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels & touchpoints (Industrializing and automating lead generation end to end processes)
- Create and monitor retention campaign efficiency
- Analyze and identify predictive churn criteria
4. Measure & report performances of all digital marketing campaigns & challenge effectiveness (ROI and KPIs)
5. Optimize the use of digital tools including Marketing Automation (HotSpot SalesForce)
6. Create Digital content (working closely with the content and brand marketing team).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years in Digital Marketing including the management an Operational Marketing Budget.
- You are responsible organised structured and adaptable. You know how to plan ahead operationally in order to deal with certain peaks of activity/exceptional events
- You Have a taste for challenge
- You Have an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- You have a leadership spirit you know how to listen observe evaluate and give feedback
- You Demonstrate autonomy and responsiveness
- You have Implemented operational actions plans from defined strategy
- You have Knowledge of Paid search ADwords campaigns management and Organic (SEA SEO) Google Meta (Facebook Instagram) Display LinkedIn Lead providers Retargeting
- You are experienced in Monitoring and in Campaign management with dashboards and tools such as Sales Force
- You have practiced Lead nurturing with tools such as Hubspot
- You have Knowledge of Call center/Telesales management tools
- You have a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing strategies
- Fluent in Chinese and good commend in English
