Mission:
The mission of the Supply team is to manage Shiftsmarts partner (or worker) supply to ensure that we have enough high-quality partners to fill shifts for our customers. The Subscale Supply team will focus on managing partner supply in smaller less populated markets. While these markets are less populous they are no less important to our enterprise customers and require additional attention and creativity to ensure consistent success! The Supply Specialist will work across the partner journey to help us achieve our goals by testing strategies to find partners prepare them for success and retain them in order to deliver the best experience for our partners and best outcomes for our customers.
This role is based in New York City (HQ) with typically 4 days in office and periodic travel required.

Your role will evolve over time but some of your early responsibilities will include:
Finding Partners: Identifying and testing new strategies to acquire users in new markets will be a major component of the day to day of this role. We expect some travel to be required particularly in the early stages of testing.
Preparing Partners for Success: Work cross-functionally to ensure that partners feel prepared for their first shift and move smoothly through the partner journey
Supporting and Retaining Partners: Build and execute the system that enables us to provide high touch support to partners resulting in high retention rates
Analytics and Insights: Youll engage with partners to understand their motivations and challenges to help us deliver a high-quality partner journey. You will analyze outcomes often daily and triage issues taking action where possible and escalating when required.

Self-starter: You are a recent graduate to 2 years of experience with the potential motivation and ambition to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven: Takes pride in and has a track record of hitting or exceeding targets; persists in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles or setbacks. Success will be measured against the % of markets where we are delivering the target number of high-reliability partners. You will be provided the tools and reporting to manage to this outcome.
Problem solver: You thrive working through and solving problems quickly learn and adapt to new situations and can synthesize the abstract into the concrete.
Highly organized: You plan organize and execute in a highly structured way and relish bringing formality to ambiguity ruthlessly prioritize and feel organization is second nature to you.
Independent: Able to function with a high-level of autonomy once given a playbook.
Willing to travel: We expect periodic travel to be required as we research and test new strategies
Compensation philosophy
To provide greater transparency we share base salary ranges which are based on role and level benchmarked against similar stage high growth companies. Offers are determined based on multiple factors including skills work experience and relevant credentials.
