Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
- Maintain administrative processes related to our union population including record keeping payroll deductions and compliance reporting.
- Ensure adherence to employment guidelines for temporary staff through onboarding hours auditing and offboarding in partnership with staffing agencies.
- Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding offboarding employment verifications and payroll assistance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on operational projects and continuous process improvements.
- Assist with preparation and submission of compliance filings (e.g. Affirmative Action Plan California Pay EEO-1 VETS-4212) through data validation and analysis.
- Track and support AAP goals and related compliance efforts with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and document standard operating procedures for compliance and operational workflows.
- Perform recurring data audits generate ad hoc reports and maintain accurate employee data across systems.
Qualifications (What Were Looking For)
- 23 years of experience in HR operations data analysis or compliance
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and experience with compliance reporting (AAP EEO-1 VETS-4212 CA Pay) preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Oracle Workday ADP or similar
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborative deadline-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

- This position is based in our New York office and follows a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in-office.
The base salary for this role is between $66000 - $80000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors such as: transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
