As an HR Controlling Analyst you will support financial planning and analysis activities related to workforce costs across multiple business units in North America. Reporting to the Senior Manager HR Controlling & Compensation this entry-level role is designed to build your skills in budgeting forecasting and cost reporting while learning how HR data connects to business performance. You will work closely with HR Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy in headcount and staff cost reporting analyze variances and contribute to workforce planning initiatives. This opportunity provides an excellent foundation for career growth into HR Controlling FP&A or Total Rewards Finance.
