This role will own the development and maintenance of forecasting models performance tracking systems and analytical frameworks that inform marketing investment decisions. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with cross-functional partnership skills to optimize marketing performance across channels.
Key job responsibilities Own marketing performance forecasts (weekly/monthly) and budget tracking processes including accruals accuracy Create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track cross-channel KPIs and performance Drive process improvements for reporting systems and implement controls to address gaps Lead the execution of media measurement frameworks and MMM implementation Analyze performance variance and develop action plans to optimize marketing spend Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on forecasts and reporting Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on marketing trends and campaign effectiveness
- 3 years of digital marketing analytics or related analytical experience - Experience driving process improvements through data and metrics - Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) and data analysis tools - SQL knowledge - Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Bachelors Degree
