We are seeking a Back Office Phones Specialist to join our dynamic team! Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Answer all incoming calls with a warm kind and friendly manner practicing good phone etiquette.
- Attentive to details and good note taking as needed.
- Scheduling appointments accurately and confirming schedule with patient
- Maintain good communication with the Front Office Staff
- Assist the Front Office staff as needed
- Process/schedule all online appointment request and follow up confirmation with patient
- Must be able to triage all calls accordingly as needed
