Role Overview
We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack technologies and theability to design build and codeframeworks from scratch. This role requires both technical depth andleadership skills guiding squads while actively contributing to architectureand development.
Responsibilities
FrameworkDevelopment: create new frameworks from scratch (e.g. rule engine)and provide architecture support for DCMapplications.
Coding &Design: hands-on coding experience in Java 8/13 Spring Boot Hibernate Microservices and REST APIs.
TechnicalLeadership: guide small squads (Tech Leads Developers and Testers)with best practices and solutions.
ContinuousImprovement: suggest and implement value-adds and improvement ideas.
AgilePractices: contribute effectively within Agile methodologies.
Collaboration:work closely with the Principal Architectto meet tight deadlines.
Proactivity:maintain a proactive approach to avoid escalations and ensure smooth delivery.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack (Java 8/13 Spring BootHibernate Microservices REST API).
Proven experience creating frameworks from scratch.
Ability to balance architecture design with hands-on coding.
Experience guiding and mentoring technicalteams.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving collaboration andcommunication skills.
