About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect who is fluent in both Japanese and English to join OSF Digitals growing team in this role youll partner with leading global and Japanese brands to architect scalable Marketing Cloud solutions that drive customer engagement data-driven decision-making and digital transformation.
Youll be responsible for designing implementing and optimising Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Marketing Cloud Engagement Data Cloud and Marketing Personalisation solutions that help clients deliver seamless customer experiences across channels.
As part of OSFs expanding Japan Delivery Centre youll play a pivotal role in shaping marketing automation strategy mentoring teams and ensuring technical excellence across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions ensuring scalability reliability and best-practice alignment.
Translate client business needs into Functional and Technical Solution Designs (FSDs/TSDs).
Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce core products and external data sources to deliver personalised customer journeys.
Collaborate with business stakeholders engineers and developers to define requirements and ensure successful delivery.
Provide technical leadership code reviews and solution validation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Optimise data flows segmentation and automation within Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud environments.
Support pre-sales activities providing subject-matter expertise on SFMC architecture and design.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging MarTech trends to ensure clients remain at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and verbal) is essential.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Marketing Cloud Engagement Data Cloud and Marketing Personalisation.
Strong ability to design document and present functional and technical architectures for complex marketing solutions.
Hands-on experience writing FSDs and TSDs and guiding technical delivery teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-focused mindset.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Creative approach to solution design with a sharp attention to detail and quality.
Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic multicultural environments.
