About the Role

OSF Digitals Salesforce Solutions Architects are responsible for providing architecture strategy and design for OSF Digital clients with a focus on Salesforce and its related integrations and technologies. Solutions Architects are also expected to help OSF Digital build specialist capabilities in relevant Salesforce fields such as CPQ B2B and AI.

This role encompasses a minimum of 80% billable utilisation with any remaining time focused on pre-sales internal initiatives and contributing to high-quality profitable service offerings. Identifying and qualifying opportunities within existing accounts will also form part of this position.

On a project basis the role requires some hands-on technical involvement in addition to project leadership and client relationship management. As senior members of the team Architects are expected to share knowledge through mentoring and coaching junior consultants.



Requirements

  • Deliver solution designs for clients that meet OSF Digitals high standards for quality timeliness and profitability.

  • Contribute to requirements gathering and the creation of specifications and architectural artefacts.

  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the client base.

  • Provide hands-on delivery within projects as required (development/configuration).

  • Develop project estimates and scope documentation.

  • Contribute to building OSF Digitals IP and knowledge base.

  • Work closely with internal teams to shape tools artefacts and the overall capability of a successful practice and market offering.

  • Support pre-sales activities collaborating with the business development team.

  • Build strong trusted relationships within OSF Digitals client base.

  • Stay informed on market trends to help OSF Digital remain at the forefront of the Salesforce ecosystem.


  • Skill Set Summary
    • A technical leader bilingual with Salesforce experience; expertise in Core Loyalty or B2B would be advantageous.

    • Native or fluent Japanese speaker preferred.

    • Strong/professional-level English communication skills.

    • 3 years of hands-on architecture experience.

    • 10 years of commercial experience.

    • Proven ability to architect and deliver solutions to both large and small organisations particularly in complex enterprise-level environments.

    • Salesforce Consultants and Architects are expected to hold and maintain a current Salesforce Administrator certification in addition to any other relevant certifications (Service Cloud Sales Cloud and App Builder are particularly valuable).

    • Demonstrated experience in consulting stakeholder management and project delivery.

    • Understanding of CRM systems (specific Salesforce experience is highly beneficial).

    • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and change management practices.

    • Experience across multiple industries is advantageous.

    • Ability to make sound recommendations based on a deep understanding of clients technology landscapes.

    • Excellent documentation and communication skills.

    • A team player who builds relationships based on trust and collaboration.

    • Growth mindset and continuous improvement orientation.

    • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

    • Background in a range of integration technologies and platforms both design and implementation.
