HCM Payroll Consultant to Implement Time Management of US & Canada Remote in Mexico
We are seeking a seasoned EC Payroll Consultant to implement Time Management and CATS operating across the United States and Canada. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment collaborates cross-functionally and is passionate about delivering accurate compliant and timely payroll solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state and cross-border clients ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery.
- Manage tax filings payroll reconciliations benefit deductions and year-end activities.
- Collaborate with HR finance and client stakeholders to address payroll requirements and resolve issues.
- Interpret and implement evolving payroll regulations across the US and Canada; advise clients on optimal processes and controls.
- Support client onboarding data validation and continuous process improvements.
- Prepare and present clear actionable payroll reporting and insights.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in consulting projects in the US and Canada with payroll processing at scale.
- 5 years of experience in HCM EC Payroll and Time Management with CATS.
- Technical Experience in SAP HCM Payroll for the US and Canada including taxes Benefits and Vacations.
- Strong knowledge of federal state/provincial tax regulations benefits and compliance.
- Experience with payroll systems and data integrity controls taking care of Unit Test Scripts in HP ALM or Quality Center
- Delivery and documentation with appropriate screenshots for testing scenarios for business for UAT
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consultative client-facing role.
- Advanced English skills are mandatory and only residents of Mexico are eligible.
