Job Summary
Our client is a digital B2B platform that connects the worlds top consumer goods companies to millions of informal retailers in emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement in-store promotions displays and merchandising initiatives to drive sales and brand visibility
- Ensure accurate and appealing product displays facing and stock levels
- Provide sales support to retail staff demonstrating products and addressing customer queries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff managers and customers
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels minimizing stock outs and overstocking
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing Sales Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales merchandising or retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
