Key Responsibilities
Lead the full product lifecycle from research positioning and planning to launch and post-launch performance.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide product direction pricing and differentiation.
Translate strategy into actionable requirements for production marketing and sales teams.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure products meet both customer expectations and business goals.
Develop product training materials and tools for sales and marketing enablement.
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches.
Monitor performance optimize inventory levels and adjust strategies to maintain product availability and profitability.
Prepare reports insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Business Marketing or related field.
25 years of experience in product management sales business development marketing or related fields.
Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.
Detail-oriented proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to distribution enterprise sales or industrial brands is an advantage.
