Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end tendering process including identification of tenders document preparation submission and post-submission follow-up.
- Review and analyze tender documents terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance Legal Operations and Technical departments) for timely collection and validation of required inputs and documents.
- Maintain updated knowledge of government and private e-procurement portals and ensure seamless participation in online tenders.
- Prepare and maintain tender trackers bid status reports and documentation for audit and management review.
- Identify process gaps and develop plans to streamline and optimize tender management activities.
- Ensure quality accuracy and timeliness in all submissions to enhance success rates.
- Support management with market insights competitor analysis and bid-winning strategies.
- Ensure effective communication between the tender department and other internal teams to achieve business goals.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and ensure accuracy under pressure.

Required Education:
Any Graduate
