Medical Receptionist (Crewe)


Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Crewe. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The Medical Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients playing a crucial role in managing patient flow and maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage patient appointments including scheduling rescheduling and cancellations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in IT and administration tasks.
