Restaurant Manager Luxury Restaurant Group Franschhoek
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious luxury restaurant group based in Franschhoek. This role offers the opportunity to lead an exceptional team and contribute to the continued success of a world-class dining destination.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Lead motivate and manage the restaurant team to uphold service excellence
Implement and maintain operational standards policies and procedures
Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting cost control and revenue growth
Work closely with senior management to drive business strategy and operational improvements
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards at all times
Build strong relationships with guests suppliers and colleagues to enhance overall service delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost controls
A passion for hospitality and delivering world-class guest experiences
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
