Job Summary
- Checking raw material quality for compliance
- Prepping extrusion machinery for product development and/or production
- Operating extrusion machinery such as Food Extruder
- Install connect test and adjust equipment as needed
- Checking for product quality and ensuring the process is compliant
- Conduct product analysis
- Writing of extrusion technology reports
- Do recipe formulations for extrusion processes
- Maintaining the extrusion equipment
- Trouble shooting on product defect/non-compliance with quality standards
- Corrective actions for machinery not operating in good condition
- Be willing to travel for commissioning of extrusion plants
Qualifications :
- Degree in Consumer Sciences / Food Technology as an added advantage
- 2 years experience in Food / Feed Extrusion Technology
- Experience in Operating Extruder and/or extrusion plants
- Knowledge of Food/Feed Product Development
- Knowledge of procurement of food and feed extrusion raw materials
- Knowledge of food safety
