Investigative Attorney
This is not an in-house role however it is away from the private practice of law. As an investigative attorney the individual will serve other private practice lawyers in investigative initiatives maintaining oversight and compliance with state federal and international regulations. The role will deal with very high-stakes and litigious matters and will be in support of the litigation. Almost everyone that works at the company has a private investigators license.
This opportunity is truly for someone who seeks a second career outside of legal practice and would like to utilize the skills theyve honed over their career as a private practice attorney or prosecutor/district attorney.

- Frequently called upon to conduct internal investigations into allegations or suspicions of harassment or corrupt or fraudulent conduct by employees.
- Track record of success with asset searches and recovery in numerous jurisdictions.
- Assembles standardizes and integrates massive amounts of transaction level data from different sources to identify patterns and linkages potentially indicative of suspect activities that would be hidden or difficult to detect with traditional methods.
